We had such a great stay! Our room was clean and the breakfast was plentiful, especially the waffles. Loved the spacious bathroom too! Totally coming back soon!

Delightful and quiet place with really very nice staff and decent location close to everything in town. The rooms well-appointed, bright with microwave as well as a queen sleeper sofa. Location really close to Yakima and the main streets and several other restaurants. Fast check-in, late check-out. The pool area was great too.

Did not get a chance for breakfast but it appeared good.

The heater/ac was very cumbersome and not easy to adjust making sleeping a challenge.

Couples seeking a decent night with a few bumps

Truly. I was impressed when they provided us with extra towels and a space to relax. The cookies during the evening hours were an unexpected delight.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what we got, it was acceptable.

The stuff was accommodating and we would stay there again. We appreciated the comforts of this shopping hotel. The location of the property was excellant and ideal, on a hill.

The room was super comfy with air conditioning, a fridge, and a microwave. Loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi, especially being open 24 hours. The staff were really nice and helpful. Breakfast had great options, including eggs and waffles. Clean and modern feel throughout. Really enjoyed this place!

You can only stand 1 night!!! Dirty dirty dirty, toilet backed up, curtains have stains, lazy staff, not impressed

The room was clean and super comfy. I liked the decor and the bed felt amazing, really helped me sleep well. Water pressure in the shower was solid, and everything was tidy. The only downside was some weird noises at night, nothing crazy but just a bit distracting. A nice spot for a stay.

Booked a room on level 4.

I liked how clean the room was, the cushiony feel of the bed, and the fact that the place is pet friendly.

The staff is very unwelcoming and rude. The past two times my partner and I have stayed at this hotel we've been checked in by two (different) young girls working the desk. Both times both girls have been snippy, rude, and have acted as if bringing my small dog with me is a huge inconvenience for them. I've tried smiling and being cheery to them each time to no avail. The maids are also not very friendly. We have considered not even reserving a room with the hotel anymore and finding a new one because the staff makes this gorgeous hotel seem bleak and unwelcoming. I'm very sorry but a change definitely needs to be made.

The hotel had a lovely, bright decor with easy access. The staff's warm welcome and friendliness, making me feel at home.

More seating in dining area would be appreciated.

I could never get WI Fi to maintain connection. It seemed like the ONLY are for Wi Fi was the lobby.

Breakfast was solid with a variety of options, ensuring a filling start to each day. The only downside was that the area felt a bit sketchy at times, made me a little uncomfortable.
